FLX Dynamics is a fitness training business operating in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "FLX Dynamics" in these terms refer to that business. You can contact us via the contact page.
These terms apply to all purchases of FLX Dynamics digital products and all use of the FLX Dynamics website (flxdynamics.com). By purchasing any product or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase from us. If you are under 18, you should read these terms with a parent or guardian before purchasing.
All FLX Dynamics programmes are delivered as digital files (PDF format). On completing your purchase through our checkout provider, you will receive immediate access to your programme as an instant download and by email. No physical goods are dispatched.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). FLX Dynamics is not currently VAT-registered in the UK. Our digital products are sold through our checkout provider, Payhip, which acts as the seller of record. For customers in certain countries, Payhip may be required to calculate and add local sales tax or VAT at checkout; where this applies, the additional amount will be shown clearly before you confirm payment.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase.
However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium (such as a downloadable PDF), this right to cancel ends as soon as you begin downloading or accessing the content, provided you have expressly acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost at that point.
By completing a purchase of any FLX Dynamics digital programme, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and that you understand your right of cancellation will be lost once you access or download the file. Because your purchase is processed by Payhip as the seller of record, this consent and acknowledgement are also captured by Payhip's checkout terms, which you agree to before payment.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your programme, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via the contact page.
Because our products are digital content that is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Purchasing a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your own private training purposes only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any FLX Dynamics content in any form without our prior written permission.
FLX Dynamics programmes are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
Before starting any new exercise programme, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. FLX Dynamics accepts no liability for any injury, health complication, or loss arising directly or indirectly from the use of our programmes.
Results vary between individuals. Any outcomes referenced on this website are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results will depend on your adherence to the programme, your diet, your starting fitness level, and other individual factors outside our control.
All content on this website and within our programmes, including text, graphics, and programme designs, is the intellectual property of FLX Dynamics and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLX Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
