Who we are

FLX Dynamics is a fitness training business operating in the United Kingdom. We sell digital training programmes and provide personalised fitness plans.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, FLX Dynamics is the data controller. You can contact us via the contact page.

What personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you use our contact or enquiry form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any additional information you voluntarily provide (such as your fitness goals, experience level, or schedule)

When you purchase a programme, payment is taken by our checkout provider, Payhip Ltd, who act as the seller of record for the transaction. You enter your name, email address, and payment details directly into Payhip's secure checkout – we never see or store your card details. Payhip passes us your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver and support your purchase. Payhip's processing of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract performance – to respond to your enquiry and fulfil any programme you purchase from us.
  • Legitimate interests – to communicate with you about your enquiry and to manage our business effectively. We have assessed that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights.

We do not rely on consent as a legal basis for routine communications. If we ever wish to send marketing emails, we will ask for your explicit consent separately.

How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to deliver any programme or service you have requested, and to follow up where necessary. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer it to third parties for their own use.

Who we share your data with

Netlify Forms – our contact form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Form submission data is stored on Netlify's servers, which may be located outside the UK. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Payhip Ltd – our checkout and payment provider (a company registered in the United Kingdom). When you buy a programme, Payhip processes your name, email address, and payment information in order to take payment, calculate any applicable taxes, and deliver your download. Payhip acts as the seller of record for the sale. See Payhip's privacy policy at payhip.com/privacy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

International transfers

Your enquiry data is processed by Netlify, whose infrastructure is based in the United States. This constitutes a transfer of personal data outside the UK. Netlify maintains appropriate safeguards for such transfers in compliance with UK GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, whichever is sooner. Purchase-related records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK financial record-keeping requirements.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics tools. No cookie consent banner is required. We previously loaded fonts from Google Fonts (which would have sent your IP address to Google's servers); we have replaced this with self-hosted fonts so no data is sent to Google when you visit this site.

When you proceed to buy a programme, our checkout provider (Payhip) may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud. These are exempt from consent requirements under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Payhip's checkout script is only loaded on the pages where a programme can be purchased – not across the rest of the site.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access – to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – to ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure – to ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
  • Right to restriction – to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability – to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Right to object – to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact page. We will respond within one month.

Right to complain

If you believe we have not handled your personal data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority:

Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
ico.org.uk  |  0303 123 1113

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of this site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
